This information applies to orders for goods placed by consumers. The seller is the specialist contractor selected during checkout and identified as the seller in the order confirmation and on the invoice.
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the buyer, or a person designated by the buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the relevant date is the date on which the last item is received. Where goods are delivered in several lots or pieces, the relevant date is the date on which the last lot or piece is received.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
Withdrawal must be communicated by an unequivocal statement to the specialist contractor selected during checkout and identified as the seller in the order confirmation and on the invoice.

Frescopunk is authorised to receive withdrawal statements on behalf of the specialist contractor acting as seller. In this case, no separate notification to the specialist contractor is required.
The model withdrawal form below may be used, but its use is optional. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Withdrawal may also be declared using the online “Withdraw from contract” function at [Link to the withdrawal function]. If this function is used, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent without delay on a durable medium, for example by email. It will include the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
3. Reimbursement
In the event of withdrawal, the seller will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. This includes the original delivery costs, but only up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Additional costs resulting from the buyer choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless another means of reimbursement that is free of charge has been expressly agreed. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or evidence of their return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
4. Returns to Italy and return shipping costs
The goods must be sent back or handed over to the original dispatch warehouse in Sassuolo / Italy without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal is declared. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before it expires.
The full address of the authorised return warehouse in Italy will be provided promptly upon receipt of the withdrawal statement.
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Diminished value of the goods
The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods only to the extent that it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6. Individually manufactured products
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by the buyer’s individual choices or specifications, or that are clearly tailored to the buyer’s personal requirements.
Statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
